Luc
JEANPIERRE
CEO
Co-Owner

After starting his career in large corporations, Luc chose to dedicate his energy to SMEs. At Boncolac, he developed the frozen pastry business. He then joined Prolainat as CEO and co-shareholder, playing a key role in its growth. Later, he took the helm of the French subsidiary of the Poppies group. With more than 35 years of experience and collaborations with major players in retail both in France and internationally, he brings Sweet Cactus a strategic vision and unique expertise. He leverages his know-how in support of ambitious and sustainable growth.
FABRICE LEGAGNEUR
R&D
Co-Owner

Passionate about pastry since his teenage years, Fabrice Le Gagneur honed his skills from the age of 15 alongside a renowned master artisan. He continued his career at La Charlotte, where he became CEO and shareholder, contributing for over 25 years to establishing it as a reference in premium frozen desserts in France, particularly with Picard’s famous Christmas Yule logs. Today, he brings his experience and creativity to Sweet Cactus, supporting suppliers in developing recipes tailored to the French market, synonymous with quality and excellence.
Jacques Dutertre
Co-Owner

Co-founder of Freshpack in 1982, Jacques Dutertre transformed the company into a major player in frozen seafood, both in France and internationally. He initiated vertical integration as early as the 1990s by launching value-added products with partners in Southeast Asia, then investing in Pechexport, a Malagasy fishery, eventually taking full ownership in 2011. Today, he brings to Sweet Cactus his strategic vision, innovative mindset, and industry expertise—a valuable asset in promoting a culture of quality, service, and excellence within the team.
Isabelle Glotain
